On the flip side, many of us are returning to the workplace as restrictions finally ease.\u00a0And,\u00a0as\u00a0school kids\u00a0will soon be\u00a0itching<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">to get back\u00a0and see their friends\u00a0after\u00a0the\u00a0long summer break, returning to work post-Covid inspires a similar raring-to-go excitement\u2026 although, are you also\u00a0feeling\u00a0<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">slightly\u00a0<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">daunted? Perhaps more than slightly? Don\u2019t worry, you\u2019re not the only one.\u00a0This is especially the case for employees who have recently\u00a0\u2013\u00a0\u2018recently\u2019,\u00a0in the context of lockdown, now extends to over\u00a0a year ago\u00a0\u2013\u00a0joined companies, and haven\u2019t yet met their co-workers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Remote vs. Real\u00a0Life\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">To be fair, working from home\u00a0<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">has\u00a0<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">proven to have its perks. Not only has it allowed employees to work in a far more relaxed environment (those of you working in pyjamas \u2013 no judgement here), it has also\u00a0driven\u00a0businesses to step up and\u00a0truly\u00a0prove their adaptability.
